Tomoyuki Takechi, Chairman
 
Mr. Takechi started his career at Shikoku Bank in 1979. In 1996, he joined SQUARE, Co., Ltd. (SQUARE ENIX, Co., Ltd.), one of the most influential computer game companies in the world, and assumed the position of President and CEO. In 2000, he assumed the position of Chairman, and in 2001, he founded DREMUSIC Inc. and assumed the position of President and CEO. He was a member of the board of directors for T-SS as an outside director since 2001, and joined T-SS as a full-time director in 2005 assuming the position of Chairman. He is also a director of board at DiMAGIC, and T-SS Laboratories, Inc.
 
Motonori Hayashi, Founder, President and CEO
 
Mr. Hayashi began his career as a banker at Awa Bank in 1984. He joined Just System Corporation in 1996. In 1998, he joined SQUARE, Co., Ltd. (SQUARE ENIX, Co., Ltd) as a Sales Director. At SQUARE, he wanted to stop the proliferation of pirates software for SQUARE's legendary game, the Final Fantasy series, and founded Trinity Communications, Inc.(Trinity Security Systems, Inc.) in 1999. He assumed the position of President and CEO in 2000. He is also a director of board at T-SS Laboratories, Inc.
 
Takeshi Nakamura, Executive Vice President
 
Mr. Nakamura began his career at JGC Corporation global engineering company as a civil engineer in 1984. He became a project manager who managed the engineering, procurement, and construction of several hundred million dollar oil and gas plants. In 1995, he moved to the United States and attained an MBA at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He joined Lucent Technologies Inc. in 1997. At Lucent, he managed the integration of a $4.75 billion acquisition as the post merger integration manager. Most recently, he was a Sales Director for Global accounts in North America. In 2003, he joined Johnson Controls, Inc. as Vice President of Operations, and managed operations at Johnson Controls, Japan. He joined T-SS in 2005 and assumed the position of Executive Vice President. He is also the Auditor at T-SS Laboratories, Inc.
 
Dr. Akhiro Shimizu
(Professor at Kochi University of Technology)
 
Dr. Shimizu started his career at NTT in 1981. Most recently he was the chief scientist at the NTT human interface laboratories. He then became a member of faculty at the Kochi University of Technology as assistant professor for the information systems engineering course. Currently he is the Director, Office of President at the Kochi University of Technology as well as the professor and Head of Department of Information Systems Engineering. He assumed the position of Director for T-SS in 2004, and assumed the position of President for T-SS Labs in 2005. He also holds the offices of President and CEO at Net Carnival and CTO at Comsquare. He holds a Doctor of Engineering degree from Osaka University.
 
Kazutaka Muraguchi
(General Partner, Nippon Technology Venture Partners)
 
He founded Nippon Technology Venture Partners Ltd. in July 1998.
Prior to that he spent 14 years with JAFCO, the largest venture capital firm in Japan. As a JAFCO investment manager, Mr. Muraguchi became known not only for his acumen in selecting profitable investments but also for his hands-on approach in helping investors, ranging from startup to public-stage companies, achieve their full business potential.
He has been instrumental in helping investors restructure operations, solidify their management, arrange M&A transactions, and complete other tasks necessary on the way to IPO. His results are reflected in capital gains of 19.8 billion Yen ($165 million at $1=120) achieved on 10 out of a total of 25 Japanese companies in which he invested money. Such figures made him JAFCO's most productive investment manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Keio University and is a Chartered Member of the Security Analysis Association of Japan.
He serves on the boards of Infoteria Corp., Trinity Security Systems, SIPEC, Nitride Semiconductors, and he has served as a founding investor in A-Care Systems, Mathematec, and Ubiquitous Business Technology.
