PB for Document – Features:
Allows detailed setting of user rights on Microsoft office and PDF documents
T-SS’s proprietary application-control technology is used to control the user rights (view/print/copy/save/edit) when encrypting the Microsoft Office documents and PDF documents, text files and CSV files. You can also set expiry dates to the files.
It enables simplified encryption (similar functionalities apart from the detailed settings such as menu control) for other types of files.
The rights can be set per user, and different policies can be set per user for the same file. |
